clean room, nice decorations, attentive reception
The lack of a 24/7 maintenance team is frustrating!!! Air conditioning issues went unresolved overnight, and communication regarding transfers to the airport was inconsistent. Front desk professionalism could use significant improvement!!!

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, featuring a range of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. I also adored the sauna and the lovely bathroom in my room, complete with a dental hygiene kit and shaving necessities.
However, the staff could improve coordination on check-out timing—an overly stern staff member gave me a hard time, which felt off, especially since some rooms were vacant. Plus, the noise from the street can intrude if you're facing the main road.

Just had a great stay! The room was compact and clean, with a fine mountain view from the 8th floor. Can't beat the location near the metro and supermarket. Only downside? A bit of noise from the street during rush hour.

perfect central base for exploring almaty's parks and sights
I loved staying here because it gave me easy access to key landmarks like the stunning Abylai Khan monument just a short walk away. Central Park was only a bit over 2 km away, making for a lovely stroll through the city. everything felt modern and clean, truly a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I stayed in a suite that was super spacious and kept clean every day. The shower was just amazing! The full body massage I enjoyed at the hotel was so relaxing, and I also tried their back massage which was just as good. The only hiccup was a bit of a mix-up with our room upon arrival, but they quickly fixed it, so no worries! 😊

Solo traveler safe haven
The staff really helped me out when I needed a late breakfast because my flight was super early. And the power shower was seriously very nice, it was the best way to wake up after only a few hours of sleep.
It wasn’t cheap but still reasonable.

would definitely stop here again.
The room was clean with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a refrigerator. I loved the comfortable bed and the shower was awesome! The breakfast options were plentiful, and there were good eateries nearby too. Reception staff helped with extending my stay. The location was close to the train station, making it easy to explore.

Accommodations were comfortable, with clean rooms and a fantastic power shower that made for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast options were ample, featuring delicious miso soup among other dishes. However, the service was inconsistent. only one staff member stood out for being friendly, while others were less engaging. Additionally, the minibar prices were exorbitantly high compared to a nearby supermarket, making it inconvenient for simple refreshments.
